Inglot is a globally recognized cosmetics brand with 900+ stores worldwide. Their DTC channel was underperforming relative to retail, generating only $340K/month in online revenue despite massive brand awareness. We built a multi-market paid strategy that turned their brand equity into scalable online growth.
The Challenge
Inglot's challenge was unique: they had enormous brand recognition but couldn't convert it to DTC sales. Their ads competed with their own retail locations, their product catalog of 1,800+ SKUs made campaign structure chaotic, and they had no localized creative strategy for their key DTC markets (US, UK, EU).
