Glamour-NYC is a fast-growing luxury beauty brand based in New York, known for their high-performance makeup and skincare line. Despite strong organic buzz on Instagram, their paid media was stalling at $19K/month with a 1.7x ROAS. We built a full-funnel acquisition engine that turned their NYC cult status into a national DTC powerhouse.
The Challenge
Glamour-NYC had incredible brand heat in the New York metro area but zero paid infrastructure to scale nationally. Their creative was recycled organic content that didn't convert as ads, their landing pages had a 1.1% conversion rate, and they had no retention system. Expanding beyond their local fanbase while maintaining their premium positioning was the core challenge.

- 4Restructured Shopify landing pages with social proof-heavy designs -- conversion rate lifted from 1.1% to 3.2%
- 5Deployed Klaviyo email/SMS infrastructure: welcome series, abandoned cart, VIP tier, and product education flows
- 6Launched Google Search capturing high-intent queries and Performance Max for shopping placements
